Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 8–13 business days, depending on your location and courier schedules.

Tracking & Issue Resolution

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a “Shipment Confirmation” email with a tracking number. Track your order 24/7 on the carrier’s website (tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear).

Missing Orders: Contact us within 3 days of the “Delivered” status (include order number/tracking number). We will investigate with the carrier and resolve (replace/refund) within 7 days.

Damaged Orders: Inspect packages on delivery – note damage on the carrier’s receipt and email us within 3 days (with photos of damage/packaging). We offer free replacements or full refunds (no return required for damaged items).

Address Accuracy

Confirm your shipping address before payment – we cannot redirect orders after shipping.
Incorrect or missing addresses may cause delivery failures or returns. If the carrier returns the order to us, you will be responsible for reshipping costs ($18 for U.S. orders; international costs vary).
