Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Exchange for a different size or color

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products

Returns will not be accepted if items show wear, use, damage, or are missing packaging.

How to Return an Order

To ensure smooth processing:

  1. Contact us at support@sweetslolita.com before sending anything back.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return.

  3. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

  4. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

  5. Ship the package back using your preferred courier service.

Please do not return items without contacting us first.

Processing typically takes 7 business days after we receive your item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers cover return postage costs.

  • Prepaid labels are only provided for defective or incorrect items.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • We recommend using tracked shipping for safe delivery.

Refunds & Processing

    • Processing: We inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt. Once approved, the refund will be returned to your payment account via a remote route.

    • Timing: Funds appear in 7 business days (varies by bank/payment provider).

    • Deductions: No restocking fees—we refund the full purchase price (excludes original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error, e.g., wrong product shipped).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for another size or color are available, subject to stock.

  • Requests must be made within the 30-day return period by emailing support@sweetslolita.com

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

    • Items sent back after 30 days

    • Custom products

    • Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on product pages—no exceptions).

    • Used/worn products.

    • Hygiene-sensitive items.
